E-RYT® 500, YACEP® Yoga Teacher Trainer + International Presenter + Celebrity Trainer Sue White is a 500hr E-RYT, YACEP Yoga Teacher, former professional dancer, and international presenter known for creating immersive, music-driven movement experiences.
Her classes are more than workouts—they’re intentional journeys where breath, rhythm, and movement converge to elevate energy, unlock expression, and deepen connection. With a background in performance and a refined ear for sound, Sue curates each class to feel both powerful and transportive.
Having trained hundreds of teachers worldwide, she brings a strong foundation of mentorship into every space she leads. Her teaching is rooted in clear, intelligent cueing, mindful progression, and a deep respect for the body—prioritizing both safety and longevity.
A former Sleek Technique® Principal Teacher Trainer and Buti® Yoga Master Teacher Trainer, & Shine 200HR Teacher Trainer. Sue has presented locally at IDEA World, (Anaheim, CA) & internationally, including at Rimini Wellness (Italy), Toronto Yoga Show (Canada) and leading the International Yoga Day virtually for Poornima University (India)
Certified CPT + Nutrition Coach + Certified Fitness Professional Ali Gad
Fis a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor with a diverse background in strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, and dance. She holds certifications in Yoga Sculpt, Sleek Technique, and is an ACE-certified Group Fitness Instructor, blending performance-based training with intentional, results-driven programming.
With roots in the competitive dance world in St. Louis and New York City, Ali brings a refined eye for movement quality, alignment, and control. Her transition into the fitness space was a natural evolution, leading her to teach barre, ballet sculpt, and eventually Yoga Sculpt in Southern California.
Ali is known for her strong emphasis on proper form, intelligent sequencing, and effective cueing—helping clients move better, train smarter, and reduce risk of injury. Her approach integrates technical expertise with an intuitive understanding of the body, creating workouts that are both challenging and sustainable.
